Anti-Tacking Agent
Uncured rubber anti tacking
Anti-tack ZG is a 40% Zinc stearate dispersion
Anti-tack ZG is a material applied to the surface of uncured rubber
that allows for release or separation after storage.
Hose Mandrel Release
A release agent for a rubber mandrel with excellent lubricity easily removable by water washing after molding and forming.
Made of synthetic polymer reduces friction between unvulcanized hose and the mandrel (metal rod). The release agent is used in order to facilitate insertion of an unvulcanized rubber hose to the mandrel and removal of the rubber hose after vulcanization and molding, in preparing the rubber hose, etc. when cured.
